Note: Payment details are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or alternative payment providers). We do not store full payment card details.

By uploading content, you grant Vibe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the service.

• Users may share their own and other users’ collages
• You acknowledge that your content may be shared externally
• Vibe is not responsible for third-party use of shared content

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Share sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Impersonate others or provide false identity
• Promote scams, financial schemes, or illegal services
• Use automated systems (bots, scraping tools)
• Manipulate matching or recommendation systems

• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity

Vibe reserves the right to determine violations and take action, including account suspension or termination.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require payment
• Payments may be processed via App Store, Google Play, or alternative providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Users are responsible for managing subscriptions
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment provider

9. Referral Program

• Users may participate in referral programs
• Abuse, fraud, or manipulation of referral systems is prohibited

10. Safety and Interactions

Vibe does not conduct background checks.
